Last Grading Period. Finally, we can say, DONE, FINISHED, END.

This last grading period, I have learned all about photoshop. Actually, weve studied this way back second year high school but I cant seem to perfect or master it. I am honestly weak at photoshop. And thats bad.

But, with the help of ICT IV, I have regained knowledge. Watching videos and tutorials in photoshop made it easier for me to remember.

It was fun- my journey throughout the year. I would like to thank Maam Evelyn Ver Cruz for showering me more knowledge, I will put this in mind and in my heart forver because I know, I may need it in the future sometime. Guys, enjoy learning more!

My Future

From time to time, I visualize how my future would be after 20-30 years; how I will look like and how I would have lived life then. Honestly, I don’t know how my future would be. While typing this, I am listening to Taylor Swift’s song: “Never Grow Up”. The song has the lyrics “I won’t let nobody hurt you. I won’t let no one break your heart. Just try to never grow up.” Then it hit me! Growing up could never be stopped. Growing up is an adventure waiting to be explored. Life you hurt you and break your heart but through these, you learn and grow up. Now, I have plans for my future.

One starry night, I am sitting infront of my desk. The light from the moon and the lamp shade beside me are the only source of light. Drops of sweat are falling from my face as I add the finishing touches in the design I am drawing. Suddenly, two manly hands hugged me from my back. It seems like my husband have arrived. After he kissed me on the cheeks, my adorable children came barging into our room. Yes, I am Reiko Dianne, an architect, a wife and a mother.

In the future, I will have everything I ever wanted: a job, which is my passion; a husband I love; and children that I adore. I will be happy with them. Truly, God has plans for all of us- good plans.

The Magic of Kannawidan Festival

February marks another significant event of Vigan City- the Kannawidan Festival.

The Kannawidan Festival is one of the most exciting, fun, and colorful festival here in Vigan City. It is a time where families gather to celebrate and have fun.

The Kannawidan Festival opened with a bang with Senator Cynthia Villar. We, the CAT and COLT trainees went to watch the said event. After, we went around to check the stores, taste the food and ride rides.

I seriously had fun. Especially when Im with the people I love- my friends and family. You can really appreciate the event when you know that the person beside you that time is having fun.

The place was filled with laughter, smiles, screams, and pure happiness. Kannawidan Festival is a festival you wouldnt want to miss.

Change it: Starts with ME

Change: to improve; to be better or worse; to MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Change has tons of meanings. It is a six-lettered word but makes a thousand sentences.

Nowadays, the Philippines are experiencing minor setbacks which put Philippines under some countries. The Philippines are experiencing crisis. The people kept on blaming the government for this. But may I ask you, what did you do to achieve the word-CHANGE?

Before changing the world, change yourself. Change everything you know makes you step back. Change the things in you which you think is not making you enhance and develop as an individual.

Change, it starts with me. It starts with the simple things we do. We, as students, can make a difference by simply studying and speaking the truth. By spreading ou opinions and suggestions to make the country better, to make it a better place to live in.
