Letter

                                                                 Gomez St., Baranggay VII

                                                                   Vigan City, Ilocos Sur
                                                                     June 26, 2013

Dear Mr. President,

I, a student of Ilocos Sur National High School Special Science Class, humbly ask for your cooperation and approval to improve our alma matter.

I am very concerned about the students cutting their classes. The security guards and OJTs seem to not care about the students hanging out during classes. Instead, they join them.

Second, our restrooms. Our restrooms should be a place of comfort and cleanliness but in our case, our restrooms are very dirty. Used feminine napkins are scattered everywhere.

Third, the Milo stands and the stores/ stands in front of our school. Some students have seen the vendors picking up and reusing thrown plastic cups, sticks, etc. I am very concern about the health of my fellow students who are buying from the said food stands.

Lastly, the classrooms, books and buildings. Ilocos Sur National High School has been established on 1902. Almost all of the buildings are old and dangerous. Though, some of our city government officials donated new chairs and building, it's not enough to support the student's education. Our books are old and I think we don't have the enough budget to purchase new books.

I am hoping that this letter will reach your office. Thank you for your time and God bless!

                                                                                                                Respectfully yours,
                                                                      Reiko Dianne Llanes
